SES Names Jeff Hinds CRO to Lead Growth in Zero Waste Manufacturing

Simplified Environmental Solutions (SES), a nationwide leader in landfill diversion and food waste reclamation, today announced the appointment of Jeff Hinds as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Mr. Hinds will lead SES's commercial zero waste strategy and revenue growth, with a focus on expanding the company's zero waste solutions across the United States.

Mr. Hinds brings more than 30 years of executive leadership across food production and multi-site operations. He has held executive roles at General Mills /Pillsbury, Spicin Foods, Vital Farms, Sweet Lorens, and The Bama Corp, consistently delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational transformation.

Mr. Hinds will lead the company's aggressive zero waste expansion strategy. SES currently operates six zero waste facilities across Missouri, Tennessee, and Utah, with plans to open additional locations throughout the United States within the next 12 months.

‍Zero Waste to Landfill

SES offers a complete range of zero-waste-to-landfill solutions: non-hazardous materials processing, food waste depackaging and reclamation, biofuels, industrial recycling, and assured destruction of finished goods. SES’s landfill diversion solutions are especially beneficial for non-uniform waste streams or mixed loads that cannot be recycled in a traditional way. Non-recyclable materials are processed into alternative fuels for industrial applications, serving as a direct offset to coal and natural gas.

SES accepts all non-hazardous waste profiles, including manufacturing byproducts, plastics and corrugated packaging, rubber and foam, mixed trailer loads, compactor waste, and off-spec or damaged consumer goods.
